Finally, a breathe of fresh air.
I would like Comtois, but he has actually started to play a little better. I know he is on the trade block, but I don't think they would move him for Kapanen at the moment. From the Pens POV, I would take it.. remove the pick though.
Thinking about it, I cannot see the Canucks wanting Pettersson. They have Hughes and OEL on the left side. Also, that Boeser extension will definitely hurt us in terms of resigning other players this summer.

We don't really know what Comtois' ceiling is -- is it the team-leading scorer we saw last season, or the guy having trouble rehabbing his injury this season? -- so we won't be trading him prematurely.
