I feel like Colin Miller re-signs...if not, pretty odd to hold onto him through the deadline, no? I could understand if the market was non-existent, but I've gotta assume he would have brought back some assets.

Handedness is a myth that the whole NHL subscribes too

There’s things that are simply easier to do on your forehand as opposed to your backhand
It matters

Nah, we didn't move him since he was injured for months until like two games before the deadline. According to Adams, his injury scared a lot of buyers off, and the only ones they got for him were laughable at best. Miller is fine... but he's an offensive guy and we will have Dahlin, Power, and Bryson all as skilled puck movers for each pairing--we need better defensive guys to lock it down and let those three do their thing.

If we bring back any UFA RHD, it'll be Pysyk as he's been very stable and steady, and his analytics look very good.

The duality of man.

Handedness matters only as far as the technical skills of the guy playing on his off-hand. Dahlin would be better than 90% of RHD on his off-hand, and he's done it before in Frolunda. Bryson has been playing on his off-hand for much of the season and has looked very good doing it.

The slight hit in effectiveness with those two on their off-hand is dwarfed by the upsides in getting Johnson to sign and play LHD, and utilizing a very good defensive partner for Dahlin with Samuelsson. If RyJo doesn't sign this summer then he's gone to FA next year.
