No to Nick Leddy and Aho is not good enough for the NHL.

Isles should be targeting Reilly in Boston and playing Salo.

Trade is absolutely in the "sure, fine" zone but I think San Jose would rather keep the pick and make it a "change of scenery" type trade for two post-hype prospects.

Dobson is signing for way more than $2.5M, even on a bridge deal - he's probably going to clock in at $4-5M if he signs a bridge.

On the other end, Aho wouldn't get that much if they re-sign him - he's probably a $900K guy. The feeling around the fanbase is that he's probably moving on from the org in the offseason though.

Even if they do keep him, I couldn't see them signing Leddy & playing Aho that much. I wouldn't hate a reunion with Leddy at the right price (2x$3M is probably the ceiling for me) but rumor has it he's looking for a 4 year deal this summer. I also wouldn't sign him to do anything more than play LD3 and PP2 - putting him on LD2 with someone like Aho at LD3 is going to tilt the ice the wrong way for 35 minutes a night.

Sharks absolutely accept, could add depth to our bottom 6 and if we get lucky maybe blossoms into a middle 6 guy! we need to take all the chances we can to find depth and a 5th and a 3rd tier prospect is worth the gamble for a 23 year old former 1st round pick.
