Description
This is a build on of a previous ACGM. This is the link as some of the moves won't make sense and the stipulations from that one to this one stay the same. This is the link for the other ACGM: https://www.capfriendly.com/armchair-gm/team/3196541

This year goes under a few different stipulations:

1. Brannstrom and Kuzmenko keep up their solid play.

2. The rise of Lekkerimaki. Lekkerimaki comes over and finds chemistry with Stutzle and Pinto on that second line that starts lighting up the NHL.

3. This is more of an overall look to see who should be NHL ready by this time. The stractes are those players.

Idk if Edmonton is willing to part with Lavoie and Savoie. Guys on ELC's are going to be so valuable in the next few years.

That trade with the Jets makes sense for both teams. Something has to give with our LHD and we desperately need a RHD prospect with top pair potential for the next core. Lundmark has really turned it on recently but I'm not yet convinced he could be a top pairing guy.

1st + Heinola (or Stanley if you wanted some more size on the bottom pair) to trade up and draft Nemec or Jiricek looks like a win - win. It'll hurt to move Heinola/Stanley/Rangers 2022 1st but I think that there for sure a deal that would work for both teams if Ottawa is on the clock and one of the RHD are still there.

Oilers can get a much better return for that package.

It would be for Winnipegs first probably or potentially NYR if there pick is around 16. But I'd prefer the Jets first. Plus you guys are not playing Heinola to everyones confusion so the deal probably makes sense and that gives Ottawa a stacked blueline.

Yep, the people on the other ACGM pointed out the flaws and the deal probably goes somewhere else but it'll still be 1st + and I think Brown will have a career year cause it's a contract year but he'll also have a lot of support.
