Term, skill, history with Brady etc.

ARI gets 2 firsts, two former 1sts (D, seeing as theyre moving Chych), White (NHL servicable C, with term and upside in a new environment) + Current NHL SHG leader (Formenton)

24MM in cap next year to re-sign Stu, Pinto, Zub and Gus.

Kuzmenko is a nice gamble, if he pays off, OTT has the space to resign him. If not, they still have space to pursue a short-mid term UFA next summer.

overpayment for Keller IMO , plus he is coming back from a significant injury. I would rather take the haul you offered and seek out a top4 RD.
