Lav is a great coach who is completely outcoaching brunette in this series. mantha is a bona-fide top 6 winger who has been one of the caps' best playoff performers, gurianov is ... not that. Change the 3rd to two firsts, and maybe you're onto something. nichuskin probably gets 1-1.5 mil more, but i like the player. you have the cap space, so no need to move on from sheary who was great this year and very cheap.
