Probably a fourth for any team but trading him to a division rival with 50% retained and helping ya guys out, probably two third rounders at the minimum. Probably a second bc he’s proven that he could thrive if he plays with good players and it would suck to see him thrive with the rags

I usually push him for a 3rd in my ACGMs. So maybe a 2nd given the retention, how much the Rangers cap situation needs retention, and the in division premium?

I was going to say third but the Rangers don't have any.

So what about this
Devils receive: Conditional 2024 4th round pick. Upgrades to 2024 3rd if Kuokkanen plays in 30 or more games. Upgrades to a 2024 2nd if Kuokkanen scores 30 or more points.
And no retention because Devils rather use it on Tatar/Johnsson/etc
