I just did it that way assuming they might want the offer sheet equivalent. If we can get him outta there for less even better

Since they gave him the OK to talk to other teams, my guess is that they don't want to qualify him. So, if there are interest before the UFA market opens, they would likely take whatever they can for him.

We paid a 4th to talk to Bishop, so a 4th for Bear sounds right.
