I have to think some team is going to grossly overpay Kadri. He's got a cup now, he's going to cash in as best he can. You know there will be teams offering him mid $7s

I tried to get there with term - same as a 7x7. A slight discount. Might not play the full term but wouldn’t be the first team to deal with that.

With his season and playoffs, i honestly think the bidding starts at 8mm for Kadri. I also think Nichushkin cashes the f in this year as well. If i were you i would worry about signing him and Manson before dishing that amount to Kadri.

That said, I'll trade you a 3rd for Manson's rights!
