I saw the islanders trade on an islanders armchair gm and not really convinced its realistic but i really like the move. I could see the sabres striking out on FA goalies and might have to make a trade. I think moving on from mitts could be good for him and allows the sabres to add some size and 200 ft players to play along with the skill guys. I was never high on mitts thought was a liability in d zone and was sheltered by asplund. I would love to steal a good player from Vegas bc we can. I think marchent adds some quality players to help bolster the lineup and help win some games. I understand its tough to leave jj p out of the Line-up but injury will most likely let him play a good amount of games.
