Sorry but with the addition of Weber for LTIR and the deal that sent Patches to Carolina no need to clear cap and trade a 1st round pick

Although I'm sure we would take this 1st rounder albeit for Martinez, the Knights are out of Cap hell if I'm not mistake by moving Pacioretty for nothing.

A player who was 1 year from Free Agency and would not have resigned, so sure nothing lost nothing gained. A Push , as if he left for another team in free agency, just a year earlier.
