The second you mention Jarvis, Carolina laughs. If you make it Necas... I'd do that. Jarvis for Ehlers though? That's a non-starter. Even if Winnipeg eats Gardiner's deal

That’s the 2nd best winger they have and a perfect player for Rod. He has 3 years left on a good deal. You can’t just have that for a low price

Canes pass. Jarvis will be on ELC the next 2 years and we will likely keep him long. Ehlers on the other hand will be 29 at the end if his contract, it is unlikely we would extend him.
