I think Stastny would be a great fit on the Leafs as a second line leftwinger.......hopefully he can play some good defence to help cover for Tavares and Nylander.

Hahaha, Stastny playing defense!

Stastny is also slow, that second line would be one dimensional and outskated. With two goalies desperate to rebound and a pretty old defense, you're investing in more offense?

And I dont think PHI moves a 3rd and 4th for Kerfoot. They are rebuilding/re-tooling why would they pay that for an expiring UFA? If you counter with "so THEY can move him at TDL", do you think they'll get much better than what they just dealt to get him? Of course not.

They might offer the NYR 3rd? But remeber the only teams that would be acquiring him would be lower draft round teams, so does PHI give up a late round 3rd and hope he stays healthy and can produce on a poor team, to flip him for a late round 2nd? Seems like a poor investment for them.

Putting Robertson on the fourth line will absolutely do nothing. I’d put him on the second, he’s had the most experience with them anyway.
