Too much for Kane at that term. I think he very likely signs a deal similar to Giroux, whether that is with Buffalo or someone else.

Kane will be 34 when he signs his next contract.. He's still a premium player but for five years? PS. I can't believe he is 33 years of age now.

Still worth every penny with his production and his ability to put people in seats. Might not be for the full 5 years but I'm okay with a down year or something

I think you need to look closer. He has been declining past 2 years and it's going to be worse.
Plus you need to pay dahlin power cozens Krebs Quinn and jj. It would be horrid ro add Kane at the deal. Most I would do is 2x5
