It doesn't work because depth scoring has been an issue over the last couple of post seasons. Trading away Nylander creates a bigger hole, a hole that Greenway and Jost can't fill. Not to mention Kerfoot's production is off the books as well. More depth on forward taking a hit.

Sure there is an upgrade on D, but it's not proportional to the hit they are taking at F.
