Washington would likely accept that, but Fehervary is almost certainly not signing that contract, and you’d likely have to pay Hathaway more than that to lure him away from DC.

agreed. hathaway is staying in dc i believe. his best friend is there and will be there for the next three years too. and he has a podcast with him too. hes staying
