Please fire Hynes and Poile

What are your thoughts on a Trotz reunion? He’s rumored to be interested in a head coaching position that transitions to GM. That would fit our team pretty well, but I’m just not sure what to expect from him as a GM. I think I’d rather go outside the organization but am curious what you think. My preference would be to promote Taylor and hire a new GM (not promoting Poile’s son).

I know this question isn’t for me but I would chime in my thought. I think Poile has ran its course here in Nashville and needs to be replaced. Saying that I think the whole front office needs to be showed the door. I don’t wanna see anyone that is in the front office taking over as the next gm especially his son. That might be some unfair thinking because everyone is different I just don’t trust someone that has been around Poile for years not to follow his suit and do similar things. I wanna see a whole new identity and I want the gm to be a young and up and coming assistant like macfarland was before he took over for sakic. I want that gm to find his next coach and hire his own scouts and front office. This team needs a identity change. I think we have talent on this roster that could compete but the way Hynes coaches puts a damper on our talented forwards. Maybe Hynes can lead us to the number 1 and bedard and we can build around him. .

Im all for bringing in the admirals coach to take hynes spot. Im not sure on who to replace poile with.... i just dont want it to be anyone thats in his close circle. I want a fresh outside perspective brought it. That said, hynes just got extended for some reason so odda are hes here for atleast a large chunk of the season. Ownership seems to be loyal to poile for some reason even though weve been getting deminishing on ice return for years now. Maybe we end up riding the two straight to bedard. I just dont want hynes anywhere near him
