Description

My thoughts on what the Caps should to in terms of lines with all the injuries piling up. Milano and Snively can rotate into the lineup, and I'd like to see how Protas would fit on the 1st line. Sheary moves to the 3rd not as a punishment for him, but simply to help MoJo carry Eller around and make that line stronger. I'd like to see Pilon on the 4th to see if his style of play would fit similar to Malenstyn's.

I really like these lines. Despite the injuries, I still think the team on paper looks okay (key word).

Because Lavy does not trust him, I would almost consider Milano or Snively on that second line vs McM. Don't play him on a line with Kuzy / Mantha if most of the time he will ride the bench. That affects his linemates with chemistry.

I think Snively could definitely grab the 2LW position, and might be able to get PP time if he makes the lineup, since we saw he excelled on the PP last year. I think McM will be in the lineup for the first game though, to keep continuity.
