Description

A little thought exercise for me, here are the rules I'm abiding by:

1. Trade the highest scoring player from last season to another team, this is the only trade you can make, both sides need to remain within the cap limit post-trade

2. Swap three players from your team (excluding players you received via the trade) with three other players that have the same cap hit/AAV for this season. Cannot send or receive ELC contracts via swap.

Goal is to try and make the team better than it is now, even while losing your most productive player from last season. If you don't like this AGM, feel free to comment on why that is or simply just ignore this I guess.

I feel like if you can only make one trade then that trade shouldn’t be such an easy **** no for the other team.

Maybe the Isles wouldn't accept but the value for Barkov is fair imo, a young top 4/top pair D, a top 6 winger and a good goalie. What do you think about the value of Barkov in that trade?

Barkov is fantastic. But it he isles d core is fragile af. Only guy they should get rid of is Aho. They couldn’t afford to lose anyone else lmao.
