Thread: The Coyotes have traded D Conor Timmins to the Maple Leafs for 6-9 C Curtis Douglas. They wanted to waive Timmins to send him to Tucson where he could play a lot of games, minutes & situations, all things they felt he needed but wasn't going to get right now in the NHL.

It's good value but thats because Timmins has been among the most injured defensemen in the league through his career so far.

yeah but this is pretty low-risk which i think makes it a solid bet, if it works great but if it doesn’t it’s not like they gave up much

Dubas again with the dumb Soo connection. Not only had Timmins been injured, but when healthy he's barely cracked the Yotes roster. Ur giving up nothing for pretty much nothing
