      Detroit passes.

Yzerman is looking at 2023 picks, Not picks that are 2-3 years down the road.

If that's the kind of return we get for Bertuzzi, We might as well just keep him and sign him to a 3 x $5,500,000 deal. Because that offer is awful.

Opinion noted but I think Bourgault is a pretty good returning piece. JP is a low risk high reward type of guy. A second is nice.

This is with teams that could use these assets and assuming that the teams involved in these trades don't make other moves. Unfair of me to say, "just move this guy or flip that guy."

      Would you rather have:
      1) Suter re-signed
      2) Suter gone for nothing
      3) MIN 2023 4th
      4) MIN 2024 3rd and MIN 2025 4th
Wild don't have their 3rd this year
      - If another team had interest in Suter for a 3rd this season, great, take that instead.

      1) Erne re-signed
      2) Erne gone for nothing
      3) 2024 4th
Could SY snag a 4th this season? Maybe, but which team? Feel free to chime in.

Depending on how Bertuzzi looks when he gets back, I was debating on a 1st instead of a 2nd. Hard to justify a team spending a 1st, and honestly if the right offer isn't there I would hope SY signs him to a "prove it" deal for less term.

I mean Bourgault is a nice piece, Though not as good as what we have in our pipeline.
