Once pelech comes back mayfield should 100% be traded - especially after seeing what Zub got, mayfield is going to want 5 x 5

yeah i really hope they're out of it at the deadline because mayfield could bring them back amazing value in a trade. no reason to keep him around and pay him as much as he'll want to play on the third pair.

Yeah it makes no sense. The team isn’t good enough as it is, need to spend $ on younger forwards who can drive play, not a slightly above average defensive D.

Dobson looks like he’ll hit 20 goals and his next contract is going to be big, we really don’t need another Toews situation with a bloated Mayfield contract
