Edited: This is a troll proposal from looking at the User account and way he post:
Um no, Minnesota absolutely say no! We aren't trading for Winger not needed and some depth player. You aren't getting a 1st round pick, Minnesota starting rookie d whose been really good, greenway for rental. Minnesota wouldn't trade 1st round pick for a rental, much less for a Winger

I guess, but the first shouldn't be protected. If it is, there are probably better offers out there with better prospects.

You're sending an UFA who Minnesota cannot resign, and a cap dump.

In return, you're getting the leading Calder defenseman, a middle-six powerforward, a 1st (protected), and a 3rd.

And you think you can get a better prospect than Addison? What are you smoking?

It's already a overpay. Asking for no protection is a insult at this point. Christ, Bertuzzi and a cap dump aren't worth that. And good luck getting anything half as good as this. 🙄

Didn't realize Addison was doing as well. Even still, over half his points came in 4 games. He's a -9 *I know, team stat, etc but still a minus on a team as decent as Minny is a yellow flag (not red until bigger sample). He's quite undersized.

From Detroit's perspective, they don't need a small offensive defenseman, even as a RD. Greenway is fine but Detroit doesn't need a middle 6. The only thing of value to Detroit is the pick.

Bertuzzi is a rental. But, he might not be. Your possible Calder D could easily be offer sheeted in the summer, and if not, he will ask for a raise. Greenway's cap hit goes away, so really, Minnesota just needs a couple million more to keep Bertuzzi.

Minnesota us in cap hell the next couple seasons. This might be the last kick at the can for a couple years, probably more, and then Kaprizov can walk. Minnesota will have some high 1sts in the next 2 years, possibly.
