Lindblom has positive value?

Bedard won't be a shark so prolly should rebuild instead of reVANtooling

without moving Reimer Meier and possibly Karlsson the sharks will not be in line to get Bedard or Fantilli, most likely 5/6th OA.
Meier trade will not be won by the trade alone, but by the cap savings combined with the tank moving us from say picking Barlow or will smith to Bedard or Fantilli and having 7-8 mil extra in cap to fill needs. the trade alone will be under what we think his value is but if the trade means Fantili or Bedard that improves our future and having cap space to either weponize for picks or find a solid FA or two then that whole package is better than the option of keeping him. sadly

The wont win it but they cant get taken to the cleaners with the offers of B prospect, 4th liners and final 4 first rounders. Reimer, Bonino get moved for sure. Maybe a non EK65 D man. I'm no so sure a KK and Dell tandem cant get us to the bottom 3. Our problem is collecting loser points. we have 11. Everyone else in the bottom 6 has 5 or less. If we had 5 or less we'd be 31st.

Why are you giving away megna? I comp him to edmundson and his ask is a 1st and megna makes a fraction of what edmundson does

Edmundson (and Chiarot) played in the top4 during the playoffs and are veterans of 8 seasons. Megna is not. In the best case scenario, they get a 3rd. Middleton was a RFA and only bought back Kahkonen and a 5th round pick.
