Henrique trade is fine but we should be asking for retention and I suspect they want more for him. Nemec is not ready to replace Severson.

He can play anywhere up and down the lineup at C and LW, PK, PP, leadership, proven winner at multiple levels, stanley cup final experience.

Henrique without half a season of retention is the definition of a player that gets a 1st at the deadline, now add on a year and a half retention and you can see where Im going

And I see you didnt put retention here but Rico is our best trade chip, if he gets moved we'd be retaining 50% to maximize the return on him, anything else is just poor asset management

If that's all we are offered for Henrique, he's more valuable to keep, and possibly short term extend.
