Detroit accepts. You could open up even more cap space if you placed Murray on LTIR.

Just no way bertuzzi is worth that return, and if that’s the price - then I move on to other candidates.
Holl > Schenn; if you want to add Schenn as backup - maybe, but his price is prob too high for us (he’d be 7th dman)

Detroit would naturally accept.

But Elliotte Friedman, just said that he doesn't think that Bertuzzi will wind up in Canada. Since there are still issues of unvaccinated players playing there.

Plus since Tyler Bertuzzi isn't a naturalized American citizen. he might not be allowed back in the US. Should Toronto be playing American teams as well in the playoffs.
