Description
scott laughton trade- underrated pick up. Would be better then a toews trade. He can win faceoffs, is a great leader and defensively sound. Might be more valuable to philly though since he's basically their captain. A 2nd and a 3rd maybe? would basically be toews with a lower cap hit and probably better.

Luke Schenn trade- maybe stick with stanley? not sure. Scared hes gonna turn into pylon during playoffs under presure. gavrikov trade possibly? might cost too much. Maybe fourth instead or third with no stanley.

Canucks need more, Stanley doesn't make the Canucks lineup and has no value to them.

What about Salomonsson for Schenn? No picks, just a prospect for a rental. Has the same equivalent value as what the Canucks are reportedly asking for.

I wouldn't if I was Chevy, at most I'd give a 3rd for Schenn but even that would be a bit much for my liking.

The Jets defense is pretty mediocre, they need a bigger blueline fix and Schenn doesn't move the needle much.

I can't see the Canucks moving Schenn for less than a 3rd+, even Friedman is saying the price is higher than that with the teams that are in on Schenn.

Could very well be Wesley, just with where the Jets are at I don't think its a move that'd be worth it for Winnipeg.
