Description
I don't want to see the Bruins blow up the team for some crazy players like Chychrun. Add some depth and fill in the holes in case of injuries.

Don’t see the Blues retaining and adding more cap for a 2nd in 25. By all accounts they’re wanting a short term retool. Not a long term rebuild. I’d imagine the main piece would have to be something that could conceivably help by 25 or be almost ready.

Steen doesn’t do much for the Blues. And Retention while taking additional cap and more importantly salary back doesn’t seem all too likely

Blues decline. That package is beaten by other teams. A 2nd, 2 years away, a cap dump and a 24 year old who has ok stats in the AHL.

I just don’t think this makes the team any better. I like the addition of Schenn as a 7D. I guess this works if you picture guys cycling in and out of the lineup, but they’re not scratching foligno. That’s just not a thing. If Barbashev is there to move in and out, and up and down the lineup to get some guys some rest and provide injury insurance, sure. If he’s there to disrupt the top nine, i don’t see hte point.
