I don't see the Avs being keen to part with JLF for the current version of ROR. Finding a prospect the Avs would happily part with and STL would accept with the cupboard so bare may be tough.

No not really. A 3rd round definitely isn't "something nice". Think you'll have to attach a 1st at least. Caps would be interested but a rebuilding team would.

even retained a bit at that point caps are much better off resigning Orlov for similar money
