Stopping their offence would be a problem but trying to create any offence would be scary for teams.

I’d be afraid cutting into the middle with guys like
Mcavoy/ Clifton/ orlov/ Hathaway/ Frederic/ Jeannot/ foligno ready to line you up

While that’s good for Jeannot and Preds, you don’t turn down a first round pick for his services. Nashville isn’t going anywhere deep in the playoffs and it makes more sense to deal him.

I could see him as Bostons ‘Aroldis Chapman’ where he’s that last piece. It makes more sense to rent him out to a contender and he can find his way back to Nashville in the summer. I wouldn’t want to play against a fourth line of Frederic - Foligno - Hathaway

The Hathaway acquisition killed any chance of jeannot to boston.
