Sandin? This is a terrible trade for Toronto. And Vancouver isn't retaining on Garland for 3 years.

didnt say VAN was retaining... and Sandin doesnt really have a roster spot in Toronto now since they got McCabe. i see Sandin as the most expendable and Valuable asset the leafs have rn

This one doesn't make any sense.

Kerfoot already does what Garland would provide + doesn't have a terrible contract attached to him for 3 more years
It's debatable whether Schenn or Holl is better suited for this leafs lineup/system
And we're adding in Sandin

Why would you replace Sandin with UFA Luke Schenn? I don't even like Sandin.

My bad on the Garland retention. I keep seeing it in CFACGMs today.
