Where did you hear the Salary Cap is going up by 3 mil next season? Players are still complaining about escrow being too high.

Frank Seravalli has reported that the owners are considering staggering the pay increase over something like (2) 3 million dollar raises instead of a single 6-8 million dollar raise. To do that they would have to do it early.
