Obviously the Habs take Bedard at 1st butthey really like Reinbacher and are supposedly interested in taking him at 5th. I can see a scenario where if we win both lotteries we trade 4th for 7th-10th + a 2nd or prospect,then select Reinbacher with that pick.

Firstly I think Carlsson should likely be 2OA which means you likely wouldn't get him (and yes I know it could be Fantili but even then I see Carlsson ahead of Michkov et al) and secondly if you got Bedard to add to Suzuki it would be smarter to use that pick on strengthening elsewhere rather than another C, no?
