Description
Barring a TOR/BOS unexpected collapse, probably still just a WC fringe team, but I think they make it, especially if they get a good coaching change.

Full year with Norris Chychrun and Konecny and some development from the kids, along with some security in net with Hill could be the difference. Another option I was looking at was maybe a $3.5-$4M offer sheet on Lafreniere but idk.

That's a big ass 4th line.

A lot of options. Bridge deal first of all, but also a lot of cap coming off buyouts and retention, as well as cap going up a couple mil. Joseph could also be moved quite easily.

Detroit passes, 9th pick this year is way better than the 7th pick of last season. No way is Detroit's 9th pick in play for Alex DeBrincat it's the islander 18th pick at best.

I don't disagree, and I was also borderline if DET would even be willing to offer that pick. I think it's at least close though, and maybe a slight tweak with the other picks would get it done. Have to think DET is at least interested. Maybe replace that pick with NYI pick gets it done even, assuming NYI is out first round.
