Let the Bodies Hit the cap Floor

Don't think Taylor Hall would allow the CHI move and Hawks are stacked on LHD. This is a big help to the B's and the cap space CHI should be weaponising.

Feel the other moves are undervalued against CHI.

Hawks could easily flip Hall and Grzelcyk & get picks/prospects.

Zero chance Hawks spend a 3rd for Schmidt. Jets definitely pay Hawks to take that contract. He's a 3rd pair guy at this point. Can't see Boston making that trade either. They need to create some cap space, but that's just poor asset management.

Nah, Don't think the organisation wants to move on from Nolan Allan before he's had a chance. Big solid physical defensive defensemen who has great skating ability. Not an eye catcher but I think they will want to see what he is like first.

I also wasn't saying the value is not good either, just purely that we shouldn't be so quick to take cap without adhering to our long term objective which neither of them portray in comparison to say Allan.
