Ottawa can't afford Hart.

Perhaps something like this could work:

DeBrincat, Boucher, Merilainen and a 2nd for Hart and Konecny.

The way I kind of look at it is Hayes can help with Faceoffs and general mentorship while feeding pucks to Fantilli/Zegras/McTavish while on the LW. At the end of his contract you could probably retain another half and get back what it cost to acquire him too
