FLYERS FANS!!!

How are you feelin about Keith Jones? Seems like a likeable guy, at least from his time on TV. Anyone sitting next to Milbury will come across a lot brighter, I suppose.

I saw a clip on twitter and I figured I'd do a little exploring just to see what's out there. In an interview with Frank Seravalli, Keith Jones says he wants to build the Flyers from the back end.

So I figured I would take that concept, and run with it a little bit just to kind of see if there was a potential fit here, since we have quite a few defensive prospect and obviously we can't give them all playing time.
I've included all of our defensive prospects that I would consider on the table, which is everyone except Korchinski and Rinzel. Their rankings in terms of value probably go Del Mastro, Vlasic, Kaiser, Phillips, Allan, although after Del Mastro they're all pretty close.
I've also included 3 guys that would be of interest to me from the Flyer's side that probably aren't completely untouchable (no Gauthier and Foerster).
In order to make one of these happen, we would probably need to toss in a pick or 2 to balance things out, which is pretty doable. Just want to see if there's a basis for a trade to be agreed upon here, to find a youngish guy to toss on a line with Bedard to let them build a bit of chemistry together.

Flyers decline for sure. The Flyers are giving up the 3 most valuable pieces in the deal. Plus, the last thing they need besides right wingers are left handed defensemen. All 5 guys coming our way are LHD who don't have top pair potential.

I dont like this for Chicagos POV.

The forwards are coming. Nazar, Green, Hayes, Savoie, Dach, I still like Ludwinski and Stjernborg. Plus who ever is added this year..

Chicago has a young forward to play with Bedard this season and you already have him on Bedards left wing.

Hawks aren't trading any of those guys yet. Plenty of playing time for all of them next season:
Vlasic and Phillips in Chicago
Allen, DelMastro and Kaiser in Rockford
Korchinski back in Seattle (WHL)
