I don’t think OTT makes that trade for Wilson and I don’t think WSH would trade Wilson for less.

You made the defense and goaltending worse.

Ignoring that Gibson won't come to Canada, he's been mediocre for 4 years, not worth his cap hit. Why should the Sens dramatically overpay for his services? There are better options available that cost less.

These trades and signings aren't getting the Sens the cup, might not even make the playoffs
