Description
- I don't think any trade of the core 4 ends up being a win for Toronto. As much as it hurts to say, run it back
- Robertson change of scenery and sweetener to get a late 2nd
- Signings longer term, more money overall, to get a discount on AAV. Reunite O'Reilly, Acciari, and Barbashev.
- Something tells me GMs aren't that interested in Bunting, not committing money to him anyway. Bad reputation now. Between that, hometown (he loves playing for TOR), and term, I think 2.5M is entirely realistic.

Trades
1.
TOR
  1. 2023 2nd round pick (ANA)
Additional Details:
Move up in the draft, say there's someone available they want/ The team doesn't matter, one of them will
ANA
  1. Murray, Matt
  2. 2023 1st round pick (BOS)
Additional Details:
It's absolutely wild to me that people on here are arguing Murray's contract can't be moved for less than a first or second or a prospect, it's insane. He put up serviceable numbers when he played, and when he's not it's because he's hurt and not losing you games. Not to mention he's got the ability to have a hot season and be traded at the deadline for more assets

We aren’t trading up a handful of spots for over 4 million dollars added to our cap sheet

Ducks were just the first team I picked, could be any team in a similar situation

I can see Chicago giving up #51 or #55 for such a swap, or Anaheim #59 or #60, but I doubt that Detroit will do it for one of their three consecutive seconds or that anyone higher will co-operate with Toronto.

Take out Holmberg and make it a 3rd Round Pick. Stars aren't interested in the sweetener
