philly may get a team to overpay but it will not be OTT, they decline

In a trade with Edmonton the Flyers would have to take Campbell back. Don't see Edmonton being a fit for that reason

If the Flyers only get these offers, Hart stays in philly.
Simply put, he is young and going to be an RFA, Philly will match any offers unless the haul is too good to turn down.

The pay for Hart will be bigger than that of Provorov.
