Who and what is being copied?

Not sure how they compare defensively but I hope you're not suggesting Compher as the Leafs Will Karlsson. I'm convinced that Compher is just another Kerfoot more or less. If he were a true 2C then Colorado should be signing him.

I highly doubt Soucy signs that sweetheart deal.

He's worth less than sandin, but definitely more value than this trade offers.

I just don't understand the 5m price tag for Graves. Soucy is pretty much the same thing as Graves. Just target him at about 3m and don't move Tim.

Lili is miles ahead of Sandin.

I'd be shocked if he was traded for less.

Sandin was in less of a position to play in Toronto. His performance in washington shows, not that he was a worse player, but that he was given worse opportunity. His upside and value should be higher.
