Description

Trade of Olofsson likely means both Karlstrom and Stankoven start the season. Continue to believe Donato could be the perfect FA target given his versatility. Trade of Miller opens up larger roles for both Harley and Lundkvist, and Hanley is re-signed due to familiarity and how well he fills in while awaiting Hakanpaa to return from offseason surgery.

A lot went well last season, of which they’ll have to hope they can build off of with limited changes given the cap situation. Likely another season of tight cap management to the deadline in case a vet could be useful again as they steer towards the playoffs. Should be fun.

Miller doesn't fit the Flyers rebuild timeline at all. Stars have a better bet flipping him to a team with defensive holes who still are trying to push contention status.
