Description
I’m tired of seeing the Colorado and Tampa trades
Trades
1.
NJD
  1. 2023 1st round pick (NYR)
NYR
  1. Sharangovich, Yegor [RFA Rights]
  2. 2023 2nd round pick (NJD)
Additional Details:
Price of Yeezy’s contract would probably keep this from happening
2.
NJD
  1. Pettersson, Elias
  2. 2023 3rd round pick (VAN)
  3. 2025 2nd round pick (VAN)
Additional Details:
I really just wanted to put the other EP in here. I’m fully ignorant to whether he’s a decent prospect or not
VAN
  1. McLeod, Michael [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
Yeezy
3.
NJD
  1. 2023 2nd round pick (ARI)
  2. 2024 2nd round pick (FLA)
ARI
    Yeezy plus 23 second
    4.
    NJD
    1. 2023 1st round pick (DAL)
    Additional Details:
Sorry Blues fans, but this.just feels like somethig. Doug Armstrong would do if he’s really been shopping for Laughton at a high price. A 2nd would be more realistic imo

D Petey is a decent prospect who had a solid season last year. Not a high end prospect, but probably one of our better prospects (which says more about our prospect pool than D Petey himself). I don’t think the Canucks would give 3 pieces for Mcleod, but I do like him as a target for us

How far do the Colorado second (#59) and Anaheim third (#65) get us?

Blues don't need another winger. At least with Laughton it could fill the 3C role even though comments from our GM suggest that Laughton isn't in the age range for the type of player he is looking for. Blues already have enough wingers for next year. Like we have a bunch of guys who we brought it that are on prove it deals and it doesn't make sense to play them on the 4th line. Just don't see a fit at all for the blues

It’s supposed to be Sharangovich + McLeod I believe

Decent offer but i think Devils shoot for 1 pick (that is higher in the draft) since they don’t have their first

According to the Athletic draft pick value chart, 59+65 = 37

A early second seems like the better option
