Savoie, Quinn, or a first is going to be the base of any deal in the unlikely circumstance that he gets dealt. The Hurricanes are going to look for young and top-6 pieces.

I can see a 24 first, top 10 protected. I don't see our gm moving 13oa, savoie, kulich, or Quinn.

I don't that'll cut it for a defenseman of Pesce's quality... It's going to require giving up a top-5 prospect in your organization at least and Savoie and Quinn make the most sense of those 5. Quinn can come up and play a top 6 role immediately for us. I also like his upside a lot more than I do the upside of Necas

Canes can’t sign Pesce until after July 1 so we will know a lot by Thur draft. If they hold him we know they going to sign him. They move him by then they will not be able to sign him.

Adams already said Savoie or Kulich will not be moved. Quinn no chance. After Thur it may have to be 1st but then Car butt puckers because there hands may be tied if they aren’t able to sign him long term
