Too much for Gibson, who I'd be wary on acquiring for his contract alone

Gibson's contract lowers his value quite a bit. Even with 400k that's 6M for 4 years for a guy that's been below average or bad most of the time. Better goalies on the trade market like Helle & Hart too. No way would he get an unprotected 2024 1st.
