Honestly I'd prefer this to a Cat trade. Fabbri is already a question mark each season because of his health. Might as well flip him for one that fits what we need right? Cat is probably better in the long run, but if he costs too much what's the point? Don't want to rush the rebuild like that.

Canucks are not trading Brock for Fabri no reason to make that trade.Cant see the Carolina fans wanting that trade either.IMHO.

Fabbri has lower cap hit, and if he can't stay healthy, that's not a big deal because Vancouver is very deep at wing(they also have too much money invested there as well). Also, Carolina shouldn't be afraid to move laterally at the bottom of their lineup
