Also Pageau’s contract isn’t bad when you compare it to market value deals for guys like Compher or Copp for instance.

As much as I would love for this to happen it isnt rly possible. Islanders dont have the cap and wouldnt be able to extend

Value is great for NYI but not doable from a cap perspective. It's more likely we clear some cap in the off-season and go after Nylander as a free agent.
