Sharks aren't eating 50% on Karlsson, And Karlsson isn't worth a healthy Josh Norris who's making nearly $8,000,000 long term.

Lower the retain on Karlsson to $4.5M and the Sharks should do this. Thanks for Josh Norris. EK65 is definitely worth Josh Norris, since the Sharks traded Norris for him originally.

I Love EK and was among the firsts to bet on him but this is a quick easy NO

People talk about Norris but DET's 1st and Brannstrom is also pretty valuable. That pick was 75% of DeBrincat's return and Brannstrom the return for Stone, a young rising 2-way D-man

Sens don't even consider this, even at full retention

The only trade for Karlsson to Ottawa would be involving Chabot or Chychrun, which is also not something the Sens should do considering the players involved ages. Sens are trying to get out of their rebuild
