Yeah well Noah Hanifin isn't waiving for Toronto or any other Canadian team, So it really doesn't matter he wants the States and preferably his hometown of Boston.

I think treiliving and Toronto are the only way he plays in Canada tbh I don't think he wants to play on many American teams either I have a feeling he wants to come back east closer to his home state and people he can visit and watch him play or maybe st. Louis, Vegas, but some of those good west teams or good organizations in a central location aren't doing very well on ice or they are cap strapped good teams, and the east I think is his focus...I would say original 6 teams excluding Montreal and Chicago, but Boston is strapped, nyr is basically strapped, that leaves Detroit and Toronto...Philly is not a place hanny wants to play, Pitt is strapped, NYI I guess it's a possibility they have a high payroll on D maybe no opening in the top 4, Dallas? Minnesota? Carolina hell no. New Jersey??? Maybe...

Hawks decline. They don't have a need for Mangiapane any longer.
