A big improvement for better team D throughout the roster. Probably catch flak on the Pesce offer. Boeser fits the need for scoring given he’s getting over on ice worries he is a scorer. Maybe skating isn’t up to par on the Canes wish list but he’s low risk at 1m retained & young enough for years at a Stanley cup window.

Canes will hard pass. Myers is a cap dump even at 3m, Rathbone wont crack the roster and Boeser is a defensive catastrophe which is the opposite type of player they would want playing in their system. Gotta add a lot more quality picks in there to take on these players

Svechnikov's healthy, he's already skating. That's now, in late August. When October runs around, he'll be fine

Rathbone is offensive skating D depth. Big shot & young & cheap.

Boeser is not a defensive catastrophe & no idea where you got that. His skating could use another gear though. Canes need more scoring.

As for picks that is negotiable to what degree idk.

An unsigned UFA is a risk & limits the return.
